SHIPPING

We ship across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days and you'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Australia

  • Standard shipping (2-5 business days): $8.00
  • Express shipping (1-3 business days): $14.00
  • Free standard shipping automatically applied on all orders over $150 AUD

New Zealand

  • Standard shipping (6-10 business days): $10.00
  • Express shipping (3-6 business days): $20.00
  • Free standard shipping automatically applied on all orders over $150 AUD

Rest of the World

  • Standard shipping (6-10 business days): $30.00 AUD

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, UNCVR ACTIVE is not responsible for delays, lost, or missing parcels. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details and reaching out to the carrier directly if anything comes up.


RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it easy.

Returns window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to reach out and request a return. Just get in touch within that window and we'll guide you through the rest.

What you can get We offer store credit or an exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability) for returns that meet our conditions. We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, but store credit never expires so it's yours to use whenever you're ready.

Eligibility requirements To make sure your return is accepted, items need to be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from marks, odours, makeup, tan, or any signs of wear
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

If an item arrives back to us and doesn't meet these conditions, we'll reach out and arrange to send it back to you.

Sale items Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale and aren't eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. This includes promotional events like Black Friday and Boxing Day.

Return shipping Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend sending it back with a trackable service, as we aren't able to take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return Just email us at team@uncvractive.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. We aim to get back to you within 48-72 hours.

Exchanges If the size or style you're after isn't available at the time of your exchange, we'll issue a store credit so you can grab something else when you're ready.

Store credit Your store credit never expires and can be used on any full priced item. It's yours to keep and use whenever something catches your eye.

Faulty items We do our best to make sure everything that leaves our warehouse is perfect, but if something isn't right, please email us at team@uncvractive.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and some photos. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Need to change or cancel your order? Once an order is placed it's finalised in our system straight away, so unfortunately we aren't able to make changes or cancellations after that point. We recommend doing a quick check of your cart, size selection, and delivery details before you complete your purchase.
